Interesting-- I wanted to know the answer to this too. It's kind of confusing-- this is what they say: 1. No, they're not on rolling admissions; 2. they start offering acceptances as they interview, but don't fill the class until they've interviewed everyone (which is contradictory). If anyone know what they mean, please let me know!

The majority of acceptances are offered at the end, (~March 15), so it is semi-rolling.
