Isn't DAT destoyer easy to copy and redistribute

Just wondering, because I bought my destroyer from a forum and it just looks like bunch of paper bound together. It looks like it costs a lot less than $150, with no hardcover or anything, wouldn't people just make copy of the destroyer and make some extra cash from it.
 
I bought mine used from someone off this forum, and I swear it's a photocopied version. It's so ghetto, at first I thought that's just how they made Destroyer, but then I got a copy of Math Destroyer and realized the difference.

I got ripped off. Oh well.

I got mine from the Romano website/ store. It's a floppy, ringed binder that looks cheap. Don't assume you've been ripped off because the legit Destroyer is pretty cheap looking.
