Hey guys/gals I need some help.

I have an essay question that asks “Discuss an important issue currently facing the pharmacy profession"

All I could up with is:

1. Rapaid technological change
2. Shortage of pharmacist.

what about the rising abuse of prescription medications and the moral delima's that a pharmacist must face every day?

or how about the rising cost of medicine and the pharmacists struggle to balance budget and providing patients with the best pharmaceutical care available.

or out-sourcing medicine from other countries because of the high cost in the US or using internet pharmacies which would cut out pharmacist's role in consulting and regulating safety for patients.

How about all of the stupid people that are now applying to pharmacy school making reason #2 irrelavent?

Better yet, how bout the *****s that proclaim a shortage but in reality see $$$$$ and open up new pharmacy schools across the land? Yeah, real shortage there...maybe in brain cells

Pharmacists refusing to sell plan B would be a daring essay... It'd be a good one as long as it's discussed with both arguments equally or maybe without a personal opinion.
