I'm just wondering if anyone has heard [current students of Podiatry or not] anything regarding the issues of Podiatry schools accepting too many students and not having enough residency spots for them. Also I've heard that those who were unable to match couldn't even decipher why they weren't matched compared to their fellow students [some had higher GPA and test scores]. I'd love to apply to being a career in podiatry but going through a school and doing well only to find that you can't even get a residency spot is definitely a downer.
