Yes. I've taken every ITE since 2008, and I graduated from residency in 2013. I use recent ITE's to go over MSK board review for my residents (I'm sports med faculty).
You only get access to the last 3 year's worth of ITE's. Where I did residency we saved the ITE's from years past for extra practice.
Mind you the older ITE's you use, some of those questions are outdated management, so be careful. I feel like studying the last 3 year's worth of ITE's should be appropriate.
