...with the voted best pediatrician in the valley and I have a huge pimple on my neck. Of course. Should I just commit sudoku now? Consider Caribbean schools? What's left for me??

P.S i'm sure it's not too bad OP. You will enjoy your first shadowing experience-- believe me; I loved roaming through the hospital when I first got that chance.
 
Cover in blood-red marker or ketchup, mention to every patient that "man, that last patient didn't turn out so well..." - the kids will love it.
 
Update: It in fact did not matter and everything was amazing. I'm only further committed to medicine now. 🙂

found your post funny but mostly because sudoku is a puzzle/game and I believe Seppuku is the word you were looking for. lol
