IV/ACCEPTANCE with part1 only?

hi.I cleared part1 last year and giving part 2 this october . i have 3 years experience in india and 1 year working as dental assistant in US ,gpa 3.2 & TOEFL 95 .
is this good enough to get accepted and has anyone ever been accepted with just part1?

most of the schols say part 1 but they prefer part 2 ...can u gimme the list of schools that i can hope to get an interview with!
