Anyone have references for IV push medications? I can look some of them up on Lexicomp, but they are not every complete. I like to have a quick go to reference.

If you have nothing else, use GlobalRPH and go to the dilutions submenu. It lists common diluents and infusion times. Although this is more so for IV drips than pushes. You can also try the package insert. Sometimes they put that information there.
