I'm sorry, but it won't be profound. But the secret is: sleep 8 hours a night...

Yes, you're probably sorry you clicked on this thread, but the effect has been profound in me. I jumped from getting mid 60s at best during the rotations to instantly performing consistently in the high 70s now that I have taken the month off for test prep.

It really is amazing how important sleep is. I am constantly seeing the devious angle of every question that I flat out blurred over time and time again in the past few months. Everyone says how important sleep is, but no one can afford the 8 hours when we also have to be on the floors every day.

I'm book marking my own post so that down the road when I start slipping again at another phase of my education, I convince myself to go to bed sooner and not watch tv!

So in addition to the 8 hrs of sleep, what did you read to prepare for the Qs that is getting you in the 70's range...hhhmmmm?

I'm only two days into my step up to step 2 book, but thats what I'm using, most of the knowledge is from the shelf exam studying throughout the year. I will be using Doctors in training though in a week or so. I used it for step I and it was amazing for me. Although others on here will tell you the polar opposite.

really dude? no really?:lame:
