Being practical...How difficult is it to find a waiver in Pediatric sub specialties like Neonatology/Ped Critical care at a not so isolated place? Is it that one can be hopeful of getting a waiver in a university hospital that probably does not have enough attendings in that specific sub specialty..? thank you so much...
