Did anyone else get thrown off by the units for the IV when answering the questions? I tried to think of it as other milli(gram) but I felt that I was still having trouble grasping the concept.

Did you guys leave the rate blank for the IV since there is no set rate and that it is a titration?

they gave milli-units... all you had to do was to convert it into units.. Milli = 1000 so 100mili-units is the same as 0.1 units. Regarding the rate, they gave you initial infusion rate and you had to calculate how long it would take to complete the bag and you would have gotten your initial rate in ml/hr. Then the rate changed after a certain period of time and you had to figure out how much time has passed since the rate change. All calculations were straightforward.
