Seeking a conservative pain doc and potentially a spine surgeon in the Jersey City area for a good friend with a hot S1 radic and an MRI demonstrating compression of S1 as well.

Young and active, completely debilitated.

No MRI pic. Just a report of a sizable 6x5x5 mm extrusion pushing on left S1. She’s really hoping to avoid surgery, but it may be headed in that direction.

Yeah that’s likely gonna be surgical. Thankfully even crappy surgeons can handle that.

Shed be in good hands to start with if she sees either of those guys I mentioned
