That's what you need for the frequent offenders, just when you're getting them loaded up, hit the gas! They will never call again.

Some guy with way too much money decided to put an F-14 engine in the back of a Freightliner ambulance

Just a note: the F-14 was officially decommissioned by the US Navy on Friday, 22 September 2006, with the last unit flying it, VF-31 (the "Tomcatters") flying it, flying the last mission. One funny thing is that there were two planes to take off - one front-line, and one in reserve, in case of mechanical problems - which happened, so the reserve took off. The only nation still flying it is the Islamic Republic of Iran, but they haven't had any spare parts/updates in 27 years, so they've had to cannibalize one to fly another.

Also, I wonder if the engine is a Pratt and Whitney TF30 (which were a TOTAL headache), or the GE F110-400 - from national security perspectives, I would guess it would be the TF30 (and, likewise, easier to get access to, after being replaced by another).
