could be a trainwreck. I looked ever so quickly at a position with 12 women in a group...12. That is drama with a capital 'D'.

Male predominant groups IMO function better in the workplace than female predominant/exclusive ones. A sex mixture is great. All women, no.

Seriously, NOTHING will ruin your work experience more than drama. Avoid it at all costs.
