I thought maybe we can start a thread on job interview questions and tips on answering the questions. I recently had one with Safeway and most of the question are behavioral questions, such as:
- How do you deal with a difficult customers
- Name a time you went above and beyond to help a customer
- What can you do to help increase work volume?
- How do you ensure you have meet customer expectation?
