I've sent out a bunch of applications recently, have gone through some preliminary screens virtually and starting to get offers to do site visits, which includes fight/hotel, tours, dinners, etc. Is it reasonable to fly out and interview with a few different practices before deciding, or is it better to just visit one site at a time, see what they have to offer, and then decide at that point?

It's always better to interview at more places before deciding on a job. If you're just getting out of training, sometimes you won't know whether a practice is good or bad or what you should really look for until you see how practices are run at a few different places to get perspective. If you get a job offer, if it's a good place that treats people fairly they usually give you time to decide. A good employer should want you to feel confident that you're making the right choice by giving you time and whatever you need to make the decision, rather than pressuring you to respond or sign.
