Title says it all. I’m about to become a PGY-5. Curious if anyone has any insight into what the community/community-academic hybrid market is like for new grads in the Bucks County-ish area?

No comment on the market specifically, but a quick Google search gives me St Lukes, Penn and Fox Chase community satellites and something called Rittenhouse Oncology in the area. At the point you're at, I'd just get on the phone/email/LinkedIn and start cold calling.

I’d probably call more around beginning of PGY-6 tbh

To my knowledge, nothing of that sort in Bucks county, looking north Geisinger Health System has a hybrid academic market which is strong but salary wise very median , otherwise look in Phili area or drivable parts of NJ.
