Southern California is extremely saturated and the doctors have to accept lower pay.

I can only say, best of luck! It's a tough tough market out here!!! You may want to just throw the chips in and look outside of Southern Cali, unless you start going door to door and trying to create something for your self. Private message me if you'd like a few desperate ideas for this market that seem to have worked for me.
