Job opportunities in southwest?

I'm looking to test the job market in the southwest and was hoping to get some opinions. Currently, I'm looking at the southern California region, Arizona (Phoenix and Scottsdale area) and Nevada. Is there currently a demand for general physiatrists in these areas? Also, if anyone has any experience regarding working in the southwest I'd appreciate it. I'm in my last year of PM&R residency and am planning on doing a mix of inpatient and outpatient next year.
