A while back we did a zoom call for practice efficiency and the business side of pain management. It was very well received and we had a lot of requests to do other topics. By FAR the number one requested was contract negotiations and how to sort through job offers. It's that time of year so we have plans on doing a call Nov 3rd. If you have interest in joining post here and we'll see what kind of interest we get.
We'll be covering job contracts, what to look for in a job, what kind of questions to be asking when evaluating practices, and how to negotiate the best compensation. Experts will include a private practice owner of 9 years with 3 clinic locations and a newly opened ASC, a former hospital employed who was a top 1% of MGMA producer turned private practice entrepreneur, and a second private practice doc owner who started from scratch and has grown to 3 full time docs and a newly opened ASC in 5 years.
