I hear rumors in the back rooms of ERs that there are positions available in the US where ER physicians can make ~$300/h. My googling has failed to confirm any of these rumors. Has anyone heard similar rumors? I'm willing to move to Minnesota and totally sell out.

Somebody posted a job listing like this a while back.
I think it was income as a partner.
Who knows what the deal was?
Maybe no one makes partner and they lowball new hires and keep the rest for themselves.

Be careful of the job offer that seems too good to be true.

Gotta wonder what you have to do to earn that $300/hr. Probably IC job.
