Hello all..I'm graduating from Pitt this year..any suggestions on web places to post resumes / look for positions? Appreciate any suggestions..

I’m wondering, wouldn't you have enough connections, sort of speak, to get a job once you graduate? Just like college undergrad... you do internship while in college then you have a full time position after graduation. Doesn't it work the same way after dental school?
