Job security and satisfaction?

What allied healthcare career do you consider to be best for job security and job satisfaction??

I don't really know what falls under allied healthcare so but here's my two picks.

Security= Physicians, though primary care's future will be rocky.

Satisfaction= Veterinarians, since it's a vocation that people self-select into.

Physician Assistants have a very good future, pretty high satisfaction, and great job security. I have a very good friend going that route.

I'm not sure about satisfaction, but judging by the "open positions" listed for at the local medical centers, nurses are in high demand. I highly doubt this will ever change.
