John Stroger/Cook County Hosp Electives...call?

Lost my paper for this John Stroger aka Cook County hosp's IM program. I'm doing Prelim...but i think it's not different from categorical. I know that there is 4 months of electives (including ER) ....are these elective months NON-CALL months?
