is joining AMSA (american medical student association) worth any value? i mean is it worth it to pay money, and do you think adcoms would actually care about it?
i just dont wanna pay money and not do anything w/the club cause i want to actually get something out of it, and i dont know if the amsa at my school is all that active. thanks.

IIRC, if you a premed, you can get an MSAR for free - for med stu I think you can get a Netter's when you join.

I'm in AMSA right now. Honestly it is a waste of time, don't do much but hey it's another EC for me...only reason why I'm doing it.
