So apparently there is a special deal where for under $70 i can join the AMA today and it comes with USMLE biochem on video lecutre and first aid. Should i do it? Does everyone end up joing the AMA? What advantages does it have?

The AMA is not trying to undermine anyone's future career. You can call them misguided or representing only a small subset of physicians, but the concept that they are a malicious organization is a bit out there.
That having been said. There are zero advantages of joining the AMA as a medical student. If they are offering free stuff, you should take it, but the second they start asking for money, you should consider walking away.
Why do you want first aid and usmle videoswhen you aren't even in med school, much less a rising M2? Those are completely worthless to you now and there will be new versions of first aid every year and you'll want to use the newest when you study
"for under $70"
If you have 69 dollars to throw away, give it to me and I'll make you some biochem vids and send you my first aid
I will also let you say that you're the president of the international society of student doctors on your resume
