joint degree in Adelpi?

Hi, I am an upcoming senior in high school and I got interested in being an ortodontist...and came up with this joint degree. well...I was wondering if detal school look at your high school GPA and others? or do any schools except undergraduate sees my high school transcript? Can I prove them wrong by getting better academics during my undergraduates? Thanks!
