Joint DVM/MBA degrees

Has anyone completed the program or are you looking in to it? I know Colorado State and UPenn both have programs tailored to fit a veterinarian's small business. But since I didn't get in to those schools... I'm looking in to doing the dual degree at Illinois. The assistant dean told me that their students have done it, although it doesn't appear to be very common. I'd like to take some business classes at least, so if/when I go into private practice, it doesn't nosedive.

Anyone have any thoughts or opinions?

I'd like to do the same (take a few classes at least), I would hate to get out in the "real world" and not be business savvy.

I'm not sure if it's feasible for me right now or not... I'll be attending school at Glasgow, and it's been enough of a challenge to try to get ready to leave the country, let alone figure out extra classes
