josef silny credential evaluation - help!

has anyone used this company's evaluation services? do they require an original degree certificate to be sent in, or is a photocopy ok? the information on the website doesn't really specify, and i am hesitant to send in my actual degree (i know WES only requires a photocopy, but im not sure about the other company)

I had to use this service and I would up going with ECE, another company. JSilny took forever, and never picked up the phone. also, as you know, are very unclear.

Thanks for your reply, unfortunately the school I am applying to does not accept ECE, and I really need my transcripts evaluated by the end of the month..when you used the service did you send your original degree certificate?

I did, but I sent it in myself. Call Jsilny and ask them
