Any recent articles that you recommend for a journal club at a major academic institution? Really anything that is relevant and thought provoking and made you question your practice decisions…. Any help is appreciated!

Cervical facet guidelines paper was good. There is lumbar too but that's a couple years now.

Guideline and meta-analyses suck for journal club review as there's just too much to go through but can be good if the moderator's are able to stay on task.

A lot depends on the audience and the basic/clinical or medical/interventional breakdown.
