Journal Club Worksheet?

Anyone have a good Journal Club worksheet?

Im trying to start a regular Journal Club for the students at the hospital where Im doing internship. It will be run by the Sub-I on the medicine service.

I would like to formulate a worksheet that the students could use to help them in reading, critiquing and presenting an article.

Anyone have any links to such a document or suggestions on creating my own?

You should look at www.JournalReview.org They have some great resources, and many reviews from other docs already that you can get ideas from.
