So i checked again this morning and I still have not recieved a response. I was just wondering if anyone had gotten anything yet regarding score reports if you had taken the exam on or around June 1st.

Thanks

Sorry to break the news to you, but you'll need to wait another 3 weeks till June 19th for our scores to come out. Something about them saving testing data so that they can create the Mean/SD of the testing curve. I know, it sucks, but we are all in the same boat. There are a few exceptions that are getting there results back early... but we are probably not them.

More information about this on the NBME and USMLE websites.

Regards,

A fellow June 1st test taker.

There is another thread similar to this about people who took their exam in May but had not gotten their scores back. A couple posters found out some good information about what is going on. You should check that thread out. If we start a thread for every individual test day, the board will be overrun. 🙂

There are some people who took thier exam in late may who got thier scores last week.
I am sick to my stomach waiting for my scores....I check every wednesday and sometimes in between to see if there is a chance that they came out.

and...July 19th isn't set in stone, there was one thread that said that it changed to July 12th.
I just want to know if I passed :luck: . So, I am glad that there is a June 1st thread!!!!!

Good luck to everyone! :luck: :luck:

I saw a post a while back but I can't find it now...

How do we get the scores? Are we going to be able to access the scores online through nbme.org immediately when they are released and then we'll get the physical letter in the mail later on?

Or do the scores go straight to the school and we have to go to our Dean's office to get the results?

Anyone know?

Thanks!

You cannot check your scores online. You can however check to see if they have been released. Go to nbme.org, there is a link on the right side of the page for USMLE services; then enter your ID# and password, then "check exam status" to see if your scores have been released.

"Released" means snail mail to you and electronically to your school. Your school decides if they want to tell you your scores if you request to know before getting your snail mail report.

There is a thread called "USMLE score reports" that has lots of info regarding the recent delays in score reporting.

I just started my surgery rotation and I'm so busy I forgot about step 1 altogether this week. What a fabulous thing! Highly recommended for stress reduction.
