What are my chances of getting into an MD or DO school?

Completed 75 hours at junior college, earning A's in all Bio, Chem, Ochem, Physics, A&P.
And a 3.7 GPA

I transferred to University - (NeuroBiol), and I immediately struggled obtaining anything above a "B".
I have a few A's, mostly B's, and 2 D's (Spanish and Gov) after 45 hours at the university with an GPA of 2.7.
My GPA is on an upward trend, and if I get A's in my last year, I can finish off my University GPA with a 3.2, but realistically I will end up with ~3.0

I know that I can average my GPA on AMCAS to about a 3.3-3.4. I am also aware that my junior college high grades won't be as impressive as if they were obtained at the University.

I am taking the MCAT practice exams and scoring 33-34s.
200+ hours volunteering at hospital.
30 hours shadowing surgeons and tumor boards.
5 hours shadowing PA's,
And some undergraduate experience working in a research lab.
member of student red cross.
I have 1 year left, and I plan to join and volunteer a few more organizations.

I have a shot? Anybody else in my shoes make it?

Taking the core premedical courses at a JUCO is bad, no matter how good the JUCO school. Having struggled once you entered the 4 year school, it shows that the JUCO was too easy.

With that said, make use of this to see your actual breakdown or grades
