I'm about to finish the 2nd semester of my junior year and I predict that my grades will be lower than my earlier semesters. Will this have a huge impact on my chances at getting in med school? Right now I have cum gpa of 3.75 and after this semester, I'll probably get a 3.5.

One semester shouldn't kill you, but you may have to explain it to adcoms if it is way off from what you have done. From a 3.7 to a 3.5 isn't too bad. Just try to do beter next semester and maybe you can bring it back up. Good luck.
