Ok, so just came back from 2nd day. I was done at 1 PM and started at 8 AM, only took 20 min break. The 4 sections of multiple choices are as painful as day 1. Flew through the 9 cases. Did anyone finish really early? I knew the dx and rx for all the cases and I went through the USMLE program that had the 40 practice cases. For some reason, the actual test always cut me off before I can see the results of a study and schedule follow up.
For ex., say if someone comes in with STEMI, you order all the ER work ups then u order cath. You advance the clock, and screen where it says u have 5 min real time remaining will pop up, and u can no longer advance clock or see result of the cath.
So I pretty much finished every case in 10 min. Hope I'm not missing anything. Going to sleep now.
