Does anyone else here skip class as much as I do? I generally turn in around 5 am-ish most nights, and dont wake up till 3 pm. I believe the last lecture, besides the random case conferences or primary care seminar sessions, I attended was back in november. Is this a commonality amongst other medical students? I just use the scribes for the classes and then put it into high gear approximately 2 weeks before exams, with good results thus far. All i would like to know is if this will come to bite me in the ass my 3rd year when i'll have to wake up early in the mornin.

As a medical student, I pretty much gave up on going to class during the winter of my first year. After that, I went to exams, mandatory lectures and labs. I was AOA and got my first choice for residency.
