Just Finished DAT 5/22/08, Are my scores ok?

My GPA is also a 3.59. How is it looking for me? I want to get into a Texas dental school. I'm a bit worried about my PAT, QR, and Bio scores. Or am I just over exaggerating? Any feedback is most appreciated! =)

In combination with your GPA, I think you're in very good shape. I'd apply to about 12 schools.

Congratulations on your very solid scores. How was the general chemistry section, was it more conceptual or mathematical? Also any other surprises that you may have encountered, that you did not prepare for?

Thanks for the replies so far guys! I hope my scores are solid enough.

For the gen chem section, I felt like it was even in conceptual and mathematical for me personally. Probably a bit more on the conceptual side though. The calculations weren't too in depth.

The big surprises for me were the PAT and the QR. I ran out of time on both sections. They were harder than any of the practice questions I did. I also have this problem where once I start working on a question, I really want to finish it. That probably cost me a lot of time. =(

I was just wondering, but why should they apply to about 12 schools? If they had better stats should they apply to less? Not really following this. For Texas Schools you are right on track to get accepted. Your numbers look good enough to go to all three to me.
