Just finished up my SMP, GPA went from a 3.8 when I applied to a 3.6 now, should I update schools?

Wondering if this would actually hurt my application by updating with these new grades? Started off really strong the first semester but this semester with constant traveling for interviews, I kind of let my GPA slip. Already have a couple of DO acceptances, but still waiting to hear back on ~12 MD + DO schools higher on my list.

Thoughts? Thanks.
