Hey - I just finished step3 yesterday. figured i'd post my ccs cases in case that helps anyone:
cholecystitis in a middle-aged woman
teenager with testicular torsion
guy with pericarditis
older, cognitively impaired woman with trich, and therefore sexual abuse
22month old with iron deficiency anemia
older lady with diverticulitis
older lady with ovarian mass

I can't remember the other two.

I studied using usmleworld, did about 1000 questions, and skimmed parts of crush, FA, boards and wards. We'll see if that's enough in about a month...
