Lets just see how people's opinions on specialties differ!

Describe a specialty that has a good lifestyle, above average pay, job security in terms of reimbursement and patient population in the future, highly evidence based, respectable?, very interesting and intellectual, not too stressful, and not in danger of being bombarded by excessive lawsuits!

Since everyone has different opinions and interests, I am curios to see everyone's responses.

Have you considered the combined Medical Degree/Wealthy Ruler of an Island program? Most of their graduates have great careers.
