When did all of you potential predents and predents decide on dentistry?

High school? Freshman year of undergrad? Earlier or Later than that?

Sophomore year of undergrad. I was a late bloomer. Had to double up to finish in 4 years.

Senior year of undergrad. Had to finish up some pre-reqs after I graduated.

Sophmore year of High school. BUt it took my up until my 3rd year of Grad school to apply. Kept on thinking I wouldnt get in. I just decided I have to find out for myself.

I watched some Lindsay Lohan movie on my flight to Ft. Lauderdale, which reminded me of my g/f. Okay, you have to look at her squinty eyed and kinda sideways but the resemblance is there!

The 2nd grade...no joke. I still have this one crappy painting i made in the 2nd grade of a purple van with a tooth painted on the side of it, and under it it says "When I grow up, I want to be a dentist because my teeth are yellow."


wtf was wrong with me?! i swear i'm normal now, and my teeth are white and straight...always have been.

Yeah that movie sucked, Florida rocks though, and Lindsay Lohan was worth watching without the headphones.

I made this decision this year in March. I was in my first year of graduate school. Now I'm picking up the rest of my prereqs while finishing the degree.

It wasn't until 4th year of undergrad that i finally made up my mind.

Thought about it before freshman year of college, became kinda environmental and into wildlife between end of freshman year til junior year, became interested in medical for a short while, and when 4th year started i realized that dentistry is more of my kind of field.😎
