I'm not taking the MCAT any time soon, but out of boredom/curiosity, I took a full-length practice test and scored a 26 (7PS, 11VR, 8BS, no graded writing sample). Given that this was my first time even looking at MCAT type questions and I still have 3 prereqs to take (physics I, physics II, and orgo II), is it realistic to believe that with proper studying, I'll be able to pull a 30+ when the time comes? Just wondering what I should make of it, if anything. Thanks in advance 🙂

Yes, you totally could.

I absolutely think you could.

In the time being though, do your best in your pre-reqs. Don't think of the MCAT until then. There is a finite amount of *good* MCAT practice tests, so you don't want to waste any more materials. Look at some of the forum stickies for test prep advice when you finish your pre-reqs.
