Im not a pre dental student. But i want to go to a pre dental school, I would like to know if its necessary to go to a pre dental college. I currently going to a college that don't participate in dentistry. Im majoring in liberal math and science. Im confused I need advice what I should do. HELP??

First, breathe.
Second, it doesn't matter where you do your undergrad. Your school does not have to have a pre-dental program or club or society (though you should consider starting one if nothing of that sort exists). Also, you do not have to major in a science but you do have to take the required science classes.
There are basically 3 things you need to apply to dental school:
1. Complete your prerequistes (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, English are the typical ones. Some schools require Biochemistry and Anatomy)
2. Take and do well on your DAT, which you can take junior or senior year after completing your prerequisites
3. Get some shadowing hours under your belt. Ask local dentists if they will allow you to come to their office once a week, or even once a month so you can actually learn what it is like to practice dentistry.

Thats basically it. Research and Extracurriculars make you more competitive, but not necessary.

Well as of now i'm going to a community college. Im planning on working my way up to a university or a suny college.
As of now i'm just worried about the classes and getting a scholarship to a good college.
For the shadowing thats covered i have plenty of it but cant get enough. I work with a periodontist every friday. Im aiming for perio instead of general.
