just took my mcat and my scores out in a month

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
I believe if you submit now, your transcripts can be verified, but the application itself won't be sent to the schools until the score comes in.

I submitted my primary before taking the MCAT and it is to my understanding (from information provided on the AAMC website and the AMCAS 2014 manual) that once your application is verified and processed your application is immediately made available to schools indicated on your application (after the 28th of course) with or without your MCAT score. Once your MCAT score come in AMCAS automatically uploads your scores and sends your score as an "update" to the schools you applied to.

Given that you just recently took the MCAT but have not submitted your primary application it is likely that you will get your scores back before you're verified so the above won't matter. You should submit ASAP to at least one safety school to enter the verification process which at this point will take 4-6 weeks. Given your situation you will have time after your scores are received to decide on a full list of schools to apply to by the time your application is verified.

Hope that helps!

This is what I believe happens. Your application is sent to schools even without your MCAT attached to it and the scores will be updated once they are available.

I think this is what happens because someone on SDN applied and due to health reasons ended up not actually taking the MCAT and still got an interview to a school. They were ultimately rejected, but it shows that the school must have seen her primary.
