I forgot to add that I was involved in a dental club at my university but I have already submitted my app to most of the schools on my list. Can I go back and add it and click the update my application button or would that interfere with my first submission?

Yes you can always "add" but no edit the ones you already have submitted [emoji4]

I put it under experience, since it would be consider extra curricular activity.
