Interesting that people are concluding it was K2 w/ ketamine, based on (partial) reversal with naloxone. Just wouldn’t have thought the bioavailability of smoked fentanyl would be that substantial.

I didn't read it either, but I know some places are giving the police naloxone to give and it wouldn't surprise me if they just use it knee jerk in cases of suspected overdose.

This stuff is ******ed. They call it kush, and I’ve seen a lot of patients come through the ER on this stuff that are straight up dumb. They are in a psychosis. We just sedated them and metabolize to freedom

I keep meaning to ask these patients after they stop freaking the fk out if they really enjoy the spice high. It seems like people use it as a weed substitute which I just cannot for the life of me understand
