Anyone have any experience working with them? I know they have a partnership track which is possible after working with them for 3 years however anyone know really what that means. Extra income for you?

It means a locked in salary at 225k and bonuses based on how well the group did that year.

LOL. I may apply for a job with Kaiser mainly to see what it's like. But the idea of the "golden handcuffs" scares me a little bit. Makes me think a bit of Office Space.
