Look at the recent MGMA data for the region. If you start at a hospital based practice, median nationwide is $390-425k. This is based on 2015 MGMA data.
Pay increases tend to be tied to production and any changes to price per wRVU that you get (if that's what you're based on). If you're in private practice, it's mostly production based...how much you get reimbursed for your work, minus overhead costs = salary.
