is it worth the time and effort to also watch all the Khan Academy videos and study then for all subjects and categories they have them for while also reading and studying subjects in Kaplan book? Or just the psychology and sociology khan academy videos are worth the time?

Depends. I have known people to be successful (90th+ percentile) using only one resource - including Khan academy. I have known people who have been successful using two resources as well. More content is not a substitute for practice - but if you need two sources for the info to stick - feel free to use two to completion. If you don't - use the second source sparingly to fill in gaps/problem areas.
What should be my primary source Kaplan bookset or KA?

What if I used Khan academy for all biology/biochemical and psych and sociology while using Kaplan subject books for organic chemistry, physics, and general chemistry? Is relying solely on Khan Academy fine?

I used mostly only Kaplan and Khan Academy but also used EK for Psych/Soc. I really think the KA videos are the best resource. The Kaplan books are really good for getting an overview and important details. I found that KA goes more in depth with applications and understanding different scenarios that can be tested in all of the different areas. As far as a timeline, I would say read over as much of the Kaplan material first to start to see how they breakdown the topics and what is covered and later on use the KA closer to doing the practice tests/reviewing practice tests. Good luck!

What about the answer to the question in my above post like what if I used KA videos and watched and studied the biomolecules, cells, and organ system videos and psychology and sociology videos but just read general chemistry, organic chemistry, and physics subject books without watching KA videos on them? Or what if I just watched the KA videos for psychology and sociology and just read the book on other subjects?

Whatever you feel most confident in I would say you can skim through the KA videos without watching all of them. I think your first option sounds good (KA for psych soc and the biomolecules section) especially if you are more comfortable with chem/phys. I found that the KA videos for chem/phys are way better for reviewing after practice tests as they can be very specific and help out with questions that may not be covered in detail in the readings. Same for psych/soc if you are comfortable with the subjects you won't need to read as it is very basic and general info that is covered in the books. The KA videos for psych are also pretty general but they are extremely similar to how it is tested on the AAMC tests.
