Kaplan and Test Scores

For people who took the Kaplan course and have taken the exam already: Did you feel that the course adequately prepared you for the exam? I have noticed that I am doing fairly well on Qbanks after the course (avg 75%) and I was wondering if Kaplan has skewed my knowledge towards what is on Qbank (ie. given me a Qbank advantage) or if I am actually learning everything that is necessary for the boards. All thoughts are welcome...
